The Successful Associate will be released in February 2026.

This book is the culmination of The Successful Junior Lawyer project. Lessons, stories, insights, and wisdom that were gleaned from almost 50 interviews with Managing Partners, Department Heads, Chief People Officers, Talent Directors and, of course, regular partners.
